Breast Augmentation Case 29

This 23-year-old woman was interested in breast augmentation to be more proportional. She had considered getting breast implants soon after developing breasts. She was a large A or small B cup and desired to be a small D cup after her surgery. 

The patient had breast augmentation with smooth, round, 425 ml, high profile, breast implants placed behind the chest muscles through incisions placed below her breast folds. She is shown just over 3 months from her surgery and is very happy with her early results.
