Breast Augmentation Case 30

This 34-year-old, healthy, active woman came to see UVA Plastic Surgery Faculty because she was interested in breast augmentation surgery. She was an A cup prior to surgery with the goal of increasing her breast size to a C cup.

The patient is shown before surgery and 8 months after undergoing breast augmentation with smooth, round, 325 ml, high profile, silicone gel implants. UVA Plastic Surgery Faculty placed the implants behind her chest muscles through incisions placed in her breast folds. She is very happy with the results.
