This 22-year-old healthy and active woman was interested in breast augmentation with the goal of being a full B cup or small C cup, but "not looking too large".  She underwent breast augmentation with smooth, round, symmetric-fill (325 ml), moderate+, silicone gel implants placed behind her chest muscles through incisions at her breast fold.

She is shown three months out from her surgery and is very happy with the early result.
