Breast Augmentation Case 40

This 32-year-old active, healthy woman was interested in increasing from 34 B to a full C or small D cup. She is shown 3 months after breast augmentation with symmetric fill 375 ml moderate+ Mentor silicone gel implants placed under the chest muscle through incisions at her breast folds.  She is very happy with her early results from her breast augmentation surgery and sent several friends to UVA Plastic Surgery Faculty for similar procedures.
