Breast Augmentation Case 48

This 44-year-old woman wanted to restore breast volume and make her breasts more proportional to her tall body habitus. UVA Plastic Surgery Faculty performed breast augmentation with symmetric-fill (550 ml), moderate+, Mentor MemoryGel silicone implants. He placed the breast implants under the chest muscles (subpectoral position) through incisions at her breast folds (IMF incision).

The patient is shown before her breast augmentation surgery and several months out, very happy with her natural-appearing breast enhancement results.
