Breast Implant Exchange Case 99

A 43 year old active women who had a previous primary augmentation with another surgeon. She noted after having the augmentation that the incisions were quite low and there was a significant deformity; the lower lateral portions of the breasts were very flat with more fullness in the upper pole. She underwent a secondary breast augmentation with silicone implants with UVA Plastic Surgery Faculty. She is shown approximately 1 year after her surgery.
