Left nipple sparing mastectomy, post mastectomy radiation, and delayed DIEP flap reconstruction

Left breast cancer s/p nipple sparing mastectomy and prepectoral tissue expander placement. She completed left breast radiation therapy and then subsequently underwent delayed DIEP flap reconstruction of the left breast. Postoperative photos are 3 weeks after her DIEP flap with surgical glue/adhesive visible around the flap skin paddle.
