Chest Masculinization, Grade III Ptosis: Double incision with free nipple grafting

Two weeks postop from chest masculinization with free nipple grafting. Drains have been removed, surgical glue still present on transverse incision. Areolae were designed to be slightly larger and more circular than the standard 22mm circular cutting guide. Gull-wing connection of incisions centrally was required in order to avoid a standing cone of excess tissue over the sternum. No axillary liposuction was performed. Tattoos have been blacked out.
